Potato Salad with Sausages

The perfect potato salad with sausages recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 200 g Meat sausage
  • 1 Pickled cucumber
  • 150 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 6 El White wine vinegar
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 12 small Rostbratwurst
  1. Wash the potatoes and cook them in lightly salted water. Let the potatoes cool, peel and cut into small pieces. Boil the eggs hard, quench, peel and cut into small cubes.
  2. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Drizzle with the lemon juice. Cut the sausage into thin strips.
  3. Mix the yoghurt with the mayonnaise, then stir in the vinegar and season the salad dressing with salt, pepper and paprika.
  4. Mix the potato pieces with the other salad ingredients and stir in the salad sauce.
  5. Sear the roast sausages in a pan (without fat) and serve with the potato salad.
