Ingredients
Mushroom and grape cream pan
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 50 g Onions
- 100 g Mushrooms brown
- 50 g Seedless grapes
- 100 ml White wine
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 disc Serrano ham
- 3 piece Basil leaves
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sea salt from the mill
with pasta
- 100 g Farfalla
Topping
- 1 tbsp Balsamic cream
Instructions
preparation
- Peel the onion and cut into thin rings ... Wash the mushrooms, clean and cut into narrow slices ... Sort the grapes, wash and quarter them ... Finely cut the Serrano ham into strips ... Wash and chop the basil leaves
Cook
- Bring the water with sea salt to the boil ... cook the pasta for about 7 minutes ... drain and drain
- Melt the butter with a little pepper ... sweat onion rings ... add the mushroom slice and fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown ... add the grape sticks and sear for about 2 minutes ... deglaze with white wine and reduce ... fold in the cream and let it simmer a little ... add the Serrano ham and basil ... season with pepper and salt ... fold in the noodles and heat for approx. 3 minutes
Serve
- Place the mushrooms and grapes cream pan with pasta on flat plates and serve hot with balsamic cream
