Cherry Chocolate Muffin

The perfect cherry chocolate muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 glass Sour cherries
  • 50 g Dark chocolate chopped into small pieces
  • 175 g Margarine / butter
  • 100 g Sugar brown
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 225 g Flour
  • 75 g Food starch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Powdered sugar
  1. * Drain the cherries & preheat the oven to 175 ° degrees (convection)
  2. * Mix butter / skimmed meat + vanilla / sugar + salt until creamy
  3. * Stir in eggs one by one
  4. * Mix flour + cornstarch + baking powder & stir into the dough
  5. * Add chopped chocolate & chopped chocolate
  6. * Fill the dough in paper cases
  7. * Put the molds in the preheated oven & bake for 20-30 minutes
  8. * Let the muffins cool down & dust with powdered sugar
  9. * Done!
