Pan-fried mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 25 g herb butter
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • e.g. chives
  • e.g. parsley
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

ideal side dish, nicely spicy

Clean the mushrooms, wash the bell pepper, spring onions, and herbs, and chop them finely. Melt the herb butter in a pan and add the spring onions, mushrooms, and bell pepper pieces. Sauté everything for about 10 minutes, until the mushrooms are nicely browned. Season with chives, parsley, herb salt, and pepper, and stir in the honey. You can also add peas and tomatoes. It goes well with fish, meat, sausage, and potatoes. It’s also delicious mixed with pasta and served as a vegetarian dish.
