Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g mushrooms, quartered
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp tarragon, dried
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Melt the butter in a pan. Then add the quartered mushrooms along with the tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. Sauté everything until well-done. Then add the cream and reduce by half. Only then add the tarragon and cook briefly.
