Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 ml vegetable oil, neutral
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 200 ml water, warm
  • some oil for the pan
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cut the chocolate into small, fine pieces. Put the flour in a large bowl, mix with the chocolate, sugar, salt, and yeast, then add the oil and warm water. Mix everything together well to form a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and place the dough in a warm place and let it rise for about 30 minutes. After this time, divide the dough into two pieces. Shape each piece into a roll about 10 cm in circumference. Cut the rolls into 2 cm thick slices, place them all on a surface, cover, and let rise for another 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the dough slices until golden brown on both sides. Prepare the chocolate coating according to the package instructions and spread it on the rolls.
