Pan-fried Vegetables with Sprouted Buckwheat

The perfect pan-fried vegetables with sprouted buckwheat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Germinated buckwheat
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 piece Chopped onion
  • 1 medium sized Finely grated carrots
  • 10 piece Snow peas cut
  • Salt and pepper
  1. The buckwheat, about 1 medium cup, should germinate for about 2 days. I do that in germinating jars, add filtered / purified water to it, let it swell for about 6-8 hours and then I pour out the water and let the buckwheat rest in the germinating jar. Rinse it twice a day
  2. Put the coconut oil with the onions in a pan, leave out and leave the onions a little bit.
  3. In the meantime, grate the washed carrot on a grater, cut the Chinese cabbage and wash the pods and cut once, add everything to the tempered onions and cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Then add the rinsed, drained buckwheat seedlings, season the whole thing with salt and pepper, I added a few squirts of lemon to refine it.
