Slice or shred the white cabbage into thin strips and place in a large bowl. Season the cabbage with a teaspoon of salt and pepper and knead briefly by hand. Beat the eggs and add them to the white cabbage along with the flour and grated cheese, mixing everything together well. Dice the bacon and onion. First, fry the bacon cubes in a large pan over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, then add the onion cubes and a little vegetable oil and fry everything for another 3 minutes, until the onion is translucent. Remove the bacon and onion mixture from the pan and mix it into the white cabbage. Heat about two tablespoons of vegetable oil in the pan. Add the white cabbage mixture to the pan, press down lightly, and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Once the underside is fried and the egg is set, turn the cabbage cake over and fry the other side until crispy and brown.
