- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of ham
- salt and pepper

- some milk
- some oil
- some chives
- Grated cheese, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the leek into rings, wash, and drain. Dice the ham into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a little milk and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and paprika. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the ham, and when it has taken on some color, add the garlic and leek. Reduce the heat slightly and fry for about 5 minutes more. Then pour the beaten eggs over the eggs and let them set. Stir occasionally. You can already tell the temperature by the time the eggs are cooked. Serve on a plate and garnish with chives. Sprinkle with cheese if you like. Serve with fresh bread and a mixed salad.
