For the dough, mix flour, egg, and water or milk (as desired) until you have a smooth dough. If the dough is too firm, add a little more water or milk. If it’s too runny, add a little more flour. Mix in the yeast and pour the dough into a baking dish. Let it set for about 10-15 minutes at 200°C. It’s best to prick the dough in several places to prevent it from bursting. In the meantime, fry the onions and washed bean sprouts in a pan. Season to taste and add a little cream cheese and, if desired, cream. Once the dough is firm, spread the tomatoes on top, add the onion and bean sprout mixture, and sprinkle with feta cheese. Cover everything with grated cheese and bake at about 200°C for 10-15 minutes (if you prefer it a little darker, you can leave it in the oven a little longer). Of course, the casserole can be garnished with a variety of ingredients!
