Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 pancakes
- 1 can peach(s)
- 200 ml milk
- 500 ml water
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- some margarine for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Brush a baking dish with margarine. Cut the pancakes into strips and place them in the dish. Dice the peaches and add them to the dish. Mix the remaining ingredients into an egg and milk mixture and pour it over the pancakes. Bake the casserole at 175°C for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished casserole with cinnamon and sugar and serve.
