Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 rosemary sprig(s)
- 250 g quark or Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Strip the rosemary needles from the sprig and finely chop them. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and pour the batter into greased muffin cups. Do not use paper baking cups! Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. This recipe makes 12 rolls.
