  • 200 g Sifted flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 0,5 pck Baking powder
  1. First you separate the eggs and only take the egg yolk and stir it with the sugar on a high mixer. Then sprinkle the sifted flour with the baking powder and stir in. Then add the milk. The egg white is now whipped until frothy and folded in while stirring with a wooden spoon. The mass looks a little thicker, now gently lift the dough into the hot oil pan with a large tablespoon and spread it on. Fry on both sides until the pancake is lightly browned. Finished. It goes well with applesauce, hot cherries or just powdered sugar
