Ingredients
- 12 Rods Asparagus, cooked
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
- Hollandaise sauce
- Salad dressing of your choice
Instructions
- Wash and spin dry the salad and cut into fine strips. Place a bed of lettuce in a baking dish or something similar. Wash the tomato and cucumber and cut into 5mm thick slices. Cover the bed of lettuce with it. Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Put on the salad with the chopped garlic. Pour the cold asparagus on top with a little hollandaise sauce.
- Personally, I always prepare my salads without dressing. With dressing, the salad always becomes mushy very quickly ... Simply add a few different dressings, then everyone can choose their flavor; o) Fresh buagette is enough with the salad. Now also very good to eat with mussels at this time.
