Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pepper(s), red, cut into strips
- 4 eggs
- 750 ml milk
- 400 g flour
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 100 g cheese (Fontina)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk eggs and milk, stir in flour, and season the batter. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Bake the pancakes one at a time. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Spread the ham on the pancakes, slice the cheese, and add it to the ham along with the pepper strips. Roll up the pancakes, place them in a greased pan, and bake for 5 minutes.
