Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pancakes
- 1 pack of salmon (smoked salmon), sliced
- 1 cup herb cream cheese

very simple but delicious
Spread the cream cheese generously over the pancakes and smooth them evenly. Place the salmon slices on top and roll the pancake tightly but carefully. It’s best to wrap the pancakes in cling film and refrigerate them for a few hours. This makes them easier to slice. Then cut the rolls into approximately 5-10 mm thick slices and arrange them nicely on a plate.
