  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 80 g quark or cream cheese
  • 260 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with the milk, mineral water, quark or cream cheese, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Set the batter aside for 20 minutes to rise. Then stir the batter thoroughly. Heat the pan, using a round cookie cutter if desired, and pour in batter as desired. Cook the pancake over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip. Tip: Top the pancake with fresh fruit and drizzle with syrup. Maple syrup or Nutella also work well as toppings. If serving savory pancakes, omit the vanilla sugar.
