Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter, cold
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g mountain cheese
  • 100 g cheese, Gouda
  • 100 g cheese, Emmental
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 ml milk
  • 50 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Savory cheesecake

Dough: Knead flour, butter, vinegar, and salt into a dough. Line the dish with the flour. Filling: Grate the cheese and finely chop the onion. Heat the milk and add the flour, then stir the cheese and onion into the mixture. Whisk the eggs and sour cream together and mix into the mixture. Season with pepper. Pour onto the dough and bake at 200°C for about 35-40 minutes. Tastes best while still warm.
