Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 small blood oranges
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 half banana(s)
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 handful of nuts, seeds or desiccated coconut (whatever you like)
  • 2 jars of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Smoothie bowl with fruit and superfoods

Cut everything into small pieces. Blend the “red” ingredients (blood orange and peach) with a small glass of water and set aside. Then blend the spinach with banana, ginger, and lemon juice with the remaining water. Pour both smoothies simultaneously into a bowl or large plate. Finally, garnish everything with delicious toppings and enjoy!
