Pancakes with Bell Pepper and Ham Filling
The perfect pancakes with bell pepper and ham filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the pancakes
- 1 Cup Flour
- Eggs
- 200 ml. Milk
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
For the filling
- 2 Red Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 200 g Cream cheese spicy
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Butter
- Mix the flour, eggs, milk, sugar and salt well with a mixer, leave out the butter in a pan and bake the pancakes out of the batter, keep the pancakes warm.
- Peel and dice the onions and sauté in the butter until translucent, clean the peppers, dice them to the onions and cook until soft, add the diced ham, stir in the cream cheese, season with the spices and simmer briefly.
- Now place the pancakes on plates, put the paprika and ham mixture on one side of the pancakes, close the other side and serve.
