Pancakes with Poultry Filling

- 300 g Mushrooms
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 2 Onions
- Pepper
- Salt
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Water
- 200 ml Milk
- Prepare a batter from eggs, flour, milk and water and fry 2 pancakes from it in a pan.
- Cut turkey schnitzel into strips. Sear it in a pan, then add the diced onions and sliced mushrooms and cover. As soon as everything is done, add the creme fraiche and stir in the pan. Then finally season with the spices.
