Potato and Apple Casserole with Smoked Pork and Nut Crumbs

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut / slice into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Pre-boil in lightly salted water for a good 5 minutes, then pour off in a sieve and drain well.
  2. Clean the leek and cut it into small slices. Dice the Kasseler. Quarter, core and slice the apples.
  3. Now preheat the oven to 200 ° and lightly butter a casserole dish.
