Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g salmon slices
- 1 ½ cups crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp dill
- 300 g flour
- 375 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 0.33 packs of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt

First, combine flour, eggs, milk, and baking powder into a creamy batter, then fry the batter in small batches in a greased pan until golden brown. Set the pancakes aside on a plate to cool briefly. Next, mix the crème fraîche with the dill to create an even spread. Spread this on the pancakes and serve with the salmon.
