Pancakes with two kinds of cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g double cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 75 g wheat flour type 405
  • 30 g hard cheese, grated
  • some sunflower oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

delicious with creamed vegetables

Combine the milk and egg in a mixing bowl and whisk. Mix well with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the flour and let the pancake batter rest for about an hour. Then fold in the hard cheese. Heat the oil in a pan. Ladle the batter into the pan in portions and cook. I made four pancakes in a 20 cm pan, which tasted wonderful with creamed vegetables.
