Pancakes with water – that’s how it works
For the vegan pancakes, you need the following ingredients: 120 g flour, 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 pinch baking powder, 1 pinch salt, 300 ml water, 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and almond flour.
- Then add the oil and water. It is best to stir everything with a whisk until a smooth dough has formed.
- Let the dough rest for ten minutes.
- Spread some oil in a pan. Pour in some batter.
- Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
