Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pangasius fillets, frozen
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 20 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Thaw the two pangasius fillets. Meanwhile, finely chop the tomato and half a bell pepper, and finely chop the basil. Combine everything with the oil, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and broth. Spread a knob of butter in a baking dish and add the fish. Spread the prepared mixture over the fish and cook in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
