Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 100 g spinach
- 300 g salmon fillet(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella, approx. 125 g
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp cream, approx. 20 ml
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- salt and pepper

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the spinach and spin dry. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven: 180°C, gas mark 3). Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water, pat dry, and cut into small cubes. Slice the mozzarella. Whisk the eggs with the cream. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic over medium heat until translucent. Pour in the cream and let it set for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and season the eggs with salt and pepper. Top with spinach, salmon cubes, and mozzarella slices and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
