Ingredients

  • 300 ml Condensed milk
  • 300 ml Cream
  • Vanilla pod
  • Sugar
  • Gelatin
  • Fresh strawberries

Instructions

The panna cotta

  • Such a simple dessert that sounds so complicated! Dear ones, first soak the gelatin. 4 sheets were enough for me for 600 ml of liquid. If you are afraid, you take 5, I would advise against more. Bring the condensed milk with the cream, the scraped out vanilla pod and the sugar to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Dissolve the gelatine in it, fill everything into molds, and you're done! It is best to let it cool down overnight.

The fruit carpaccio

  • I took strawberries, but all other fruits with a large surface are also suitable (pineapple, for example). Cut into thin slices (moisten with a little honey if necessary) and turn the panna cotta on top. Heavenly!
