Panna Cotta with Yogurt & Passion Fruit

Ingredients
 

  • 200 ml Cream
  • 125 g Yogurt
  • 20 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Lemon zest
  • 1 packet Ground gelatin
  • 3 Passion fruit / maracuja
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Bring the cream to the boil and briefly bring the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest to the boil until the sugar has gone! Take off the stove and let it cool down a bit.
  • Halve the passion fruit and remove the pulp! Briefly bring the pulp with the seeds, a little sugar and orange juice to the boil, until it thickens a little! Cool off a bit too!
  • Quickly stir the yoghurt and gelatin into the cream and divide into 4 bowls. Then spread the prepared passion fruit on top. Cover and cool!
