Dessert: Strawberry – Yogurt – Panna Cotta

The perfect dessert: strawberry – yogurt – panna cotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 180 g Fresh strawberries
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Grated tonka beans
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 3 leaf Gelatin
  1. Soak gelatine in cold water.
  2. Puree the strawberries, then put them in a small saucepan with the sugar and tonka beans. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out the gelatine and stir into the slightly cooled (but still hot) strawberry puree. Let cool down (room temperature).
  4. Now stir in the yogurt.
  5. Divide the cream into 2 dessert glasses and place in the refrigerator.
  6. After setting, garnish if desired.
