Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce, ready to cook
- 1 box of cress, cut with scissors
- 500 g papaya, peeled, halved, pitted, flesh diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid
- Salt
- Pepper, white from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the lettuce, cress, and papaya in a salad bowl. Mix together olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make a dressing. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.
