Pappardelle with Porcini Mushrooms

The perfect pappardelle with porcini mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pappardelle
  • 450 g Porcini mushrooms fresh, cleaned and cut
  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 Pc. Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped leaf parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Cook the pappardelle al dente. Fry the mushrooms in butter until golden. Stir in the garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, drain the pasta, mix with the mushrooms, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
