Penne Cinque Pi

The perfect penne cinque pi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 gr Penne

sauce

  • 6 dl Full cream
  • 75 gr Tomato puree
  • 70 gr Parmesan
  • 1 bunch Parsley, chopped
  • Pepper salt

sauce

  1. Slowly bring the whole cream to the boil, add the tomato puree and stir well. Mix in the Parmesan, add parsley and season with salt and pepper.

  1. Meanwhile, cook the penne in salted water until al dente and mix into the sauce.

  1. Arrange the penne in a pasta plate and serve with the Parmesan.
