Penne Cinque Pi
The perfect penne cinque pi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 350 gr Penne
sauce
- 6 dl Full cream
- 75 gr Tomato puree
- 70 gr Parmesan
- 1 bunch Parsley, chopped
- Pepper salt
sauce
- Slowly bring the whole cream to the boil, add the tomato puree and stir well. Mix in the Parmesan, add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
pasta
- Meanwhile, cook the penne in salted water until al dente and mix into the sauce.
finish
- Arrange the penne in a pasta plate and serve with the Parmesan.
Tips
- Cinque Pi means “five P” because all the ingredients for the sauce start with P in Italian. Panna, Pomodoro, Parmigiano, Pepe, Prezzemolo
