Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large yellow bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 pear(s), peeled, diced
- 1 shallot(s), finely diced
- 20 g butter
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 150 ml Cremefine
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 1 pinch of coriander powder
- 1 pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- salt and pepper
- Chives, cut into rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sauté the shallot in the butter until translucent. Add the bell pepper and pear and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the broth and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Add the Cremefine and the spices. Blend with a hand blender and season to taste. Serve sprinkled with chives.
