Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 300 g ajvar
- 60 ml oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 40 g yeast, fresh
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a yeast dough, let it rise well, and shape into a loaf. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30-40 minutes.
