Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- 2 small chili peppers or 2 fresh peppers
- Salt
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean and roughly chop the vegetables. Add them to a pot with the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Puree and bring back to a boil. Makes about 3-4 servings. Tastes even better with 1 tablespoon of sour cream per serving (+0.5 points), but then it’s no longer vegan.
