  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ small onion(s), small
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious summer or party dip, also with baguette

Finely dice the bell pepper and onion. Stir in the remaining ingredients, fold in the bell pepper and onion, season to taste, and you’re done. You can also make the cream lower in calories by using reduced-fat crème fraîche and cream cheese.
