Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp sour cream, (20% fat)
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp herbs, to taste (e.g. frozen 8-herb mix)
- e.g. sea salt
- n. B. Pepper, white
- possibly milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Dip for wedges or baked potatoes with garlic
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Press or chop the garlic beforehand. Season with salt and pepper and thin with a little milk, depending on your desired consistency. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and enjoy. Serve with fries, baked potatoes, potato wedges, fresh white bread, vegetable sticks, or whatever you like for dipping.
