Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers of your choice
  • 300 ml broth
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian, quick, with pasta and rice

Quarter and deseed the peppers. Place them in a saucepan with the broth and bring to a boil, then add the cream cheese. Simmer over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Purée with a hand blender, season with salt and pepper, and thicken slightly if desired.
