Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pumpkin flesh
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- salt and pepper
- some water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the pumpkin flesh and cook it in a little water until soft, then puree it and mix it with the cream cheese. Mince the garlic clove and finely chop the chili pepper, then add both. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything well. A little crème fraîche makes the dip even creamier and goes well with boiled potatoes.
