Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 cups of cream
- 8 slices of salami
- 4 cloves garlic
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 large onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and dice the bell peppers, peel and dice the onion and garlic. Dice the salami as well. Then fry the onion, garlic, and salami in a little oil, then briefly fry the bell peppers. Deglaze with the broth and cook the peppers until tender. Finally, add the cream. Be careful not to add more salt, as you’ll let the mixture reduce until it reaches the desired consistency.
