Pasta sauce with vegetables, smoked pork and feta cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g smoked pork
  • 20 g bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • n. B. water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 dashes sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the bell peppers, smoked pork, bacon, feta cheese, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and finely dice the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and then add the bell peppers. After 3-4 minutes, add the smoked pork, bacon, and garlic. After 5-10 minutes, add the tomato paste to the pan and stir, then add enough water to reach the desired consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper, turmeric, and sweetener. When serving, add the tomatoes and feta cheese as a topping.
