Paprika – Feta – Ham Sticks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 300 g feta cheese
  • 200 g smoked ham, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the party buffet

The peppers are cut into small squares of approximately 3 x 3 cm. The feta is cut into cubes of the same size so that it can be placed on top of the pepper squares. Next, the ham slices are either halved or cut into thirds, depending on the size of the slices. Ham rolls are then formed and placed on top of the feta cubes. The whole thing is secured with wooden skewers. The pepper-feta-ham towers can then be arranged on a plate.
