Paprika – Feta – Snacks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp oregano or basil
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix the quark, milk, oil, salt, and oregano or basil. Add the baking powder and knead well, then do the same with the flour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle about 1cm thick. Cut the bell pepper and feta into very small pieces and place them in a bowl, seasoning them with salt and pepper, and mix well. Spread the bell pepper and feta mixture evenly over the dough and carefully roll the dough lengthwise. Using a large knife, cut about 3cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the snacks for 15 minutes at 180°C until light brown.
