Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g fish fillet(s) (e.g. pollock, Victoria sea bass fillet)
  • lemon juice
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 20 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 small onions
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the fish fillet and drizzle with lemon juice. Then dice it. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Dice the bacon and fry. Add the onion rings and sauté. Add the bell pepper and the fish cubes, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and simmer for about 20 minutes. I serve it with boiled potatoes and salad.
