Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 sausages (coarse sausages)
- 2 bell peppers, green and red, cut into strips
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 250 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 small jar of lettuce (Pustasalat)
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring a pot of water to a boil, remove from the heat, and let the sausages simmer for a few minutes. Remove and pat dry. Heat the oil and sauté the peppers and diced onion. Add the passata and spices and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. The peppers shouldn’t get too soft. Then stir in the drained Pustasalat (yogurt salad). Season again to taste. Fry the sausages in a pan. Arrange on plates and top with the vegetables. Serve with rice or farmhouse bread.
