Leek – Soy Meat with Kamut Pasta

- 200 g Soy – meat
- 1 pole Leek / leek cut
- 20 g Mild coconut fat
- 20 g Homemade vegetable and salt

- 400 g Cooked kamut pasta
- Cooking the kamut pasta al dente …
- Cut the soy meat into small pieces …
- Put the leeks in the mild coconut oil, add the soy meat and toss well a few times
- In the meantime, the pasta should be done, put it in a sieve and drain it, you don’t need to quench this pasta, put it in the leek – soy pan and stir it through again a few times.
- Everything with a little vegetable salt and a little ground pepper, you can also add other spices to round off.
