Paprika Rice …
The perfect paprika rice … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Leftover meat from the grill
- 0,5 Yellow peppers
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 0,5 Green peppers
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 2 size Chopped onions
- 1 China garlic chopped
- 130 g Rice
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 100 ml White wine dry
- 200 ml Meatsoup
- 200 ml Salt
- 200 ml Black pepper from the mill
- 2 tablespoon Sweet paprika
- 0,5 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 6 Quartered cherry tomatoes
- Cut the grilled meat into cubes and set aside. Clean the peppers and also cut them into not too large pieces.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion cubes until translucent, add the garlic and rice and stir-fry until the rice is translucent.
- Stir in the tomato paste, wine, broth and the spices, add the diced paprika and cover the dish and cook for about 15 minutes over a mild heat.
- Now mix the meat cubes and the quartered cherry tomatoes with the rice (add a little stock if necessary) and cook for another 10 minutes. Season again to taste and serve.
