Paprika Rice …

The perfect paprika rice … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Leftover meat from the grill
  • 0,5 Yellow peppers
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 0,5 Green peppers
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 size Chopped onions
  • 1 China garlic chopped
  • 130 g Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 100 ml White wine dry
  • 200 ml Meatsoup
  • 200 ml Salt
  • 200 ml Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • 6 Quartered cherry tomatoes
  1. Cut the grilled meat into cubes and set aside. Clean the peppers and also cut them into not too large pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion cubes until translucent, add the garlic and rice and stir-fry until the rice is translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste, wine, broth and the spices, add the diced paprika and cover the dish and cook for about 15 minutes over a mild heat.
  4. Now mix the meat cubes and the quartered cherry tomatoes with the rice (add a little stock if necessary) and cook for another 10 minutes. Season again to taste and serve.
  5. We liked this vegetable-fresh rice pot made from leftovers very much.
