- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper

made quick and easy
First, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Meanwhile, peel and roughly dice the onion, wash, deseed, and dice the bell pepper. Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat, add the crème fraîche, and blend the mixture with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Delicious with pan-fried meat or pasta.
