Peel the onion and dice finely
Peel and chop the bell peppers.
Roast both briefly in oil and roast a little more.
Pour the stock and stir well.
Add the paprika powder, tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Season again to taste and possibly puree a little.
Process the carrots and zucchini into pasta with the spiral cutter.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Then briefly sweat all the ingredients in oil.
Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
Place the paprika sauce on a plate as a mirror, spread the vegetable noodles on top and enjoy.
We had a piece of cod fillet with it.
